While I work with anyone who is ready to explore lasting changes, I specialize in plant based nutrition, as well as solutions for living with allergies and food sensitivities and female hormonal issues.

Through our sessions, we explore areas such as: nutrition, stress, exercise, self care, time management, finding work-family balance, weight management, finances, relationships and most importantly your BIG life goals.

Maybe you just want a taste of what a health coach can do for you or maybe you are already on the right track and just need a little extra help......a One-on-One is for you!

Notebook submission services are for existing clients needing a little extra guidance. Submit your notes, questions, diary, journal......for extra tips, ideas, to help you get unstuck. Quick questions between sessions are always free, but sometimes you want to go a little more in depth.
